No shows or after 15 min late, No Rescheduling unless with full price pre-payment on Zelle. A No Show within a package, that No Show will count as a therapy and be deducted from your package.

Refunds are discussed on a case by case basis. Should a refund be granted, only regular pricing of hourly therapy and or remote therapist cost will be deducted from purchase cost and a thirty to sixty day refund check will be mailed to client. This is agreed upon with making your purchase.
