Refunds within the 14-day window will only be granted for non-working Biohack Recovery units. All Biohack Recovery products are thoroughly inspected and confirmed to be in full working order prior to shipping.

To request a refund for a non-working unit, proof of the issue may be required.

For holiday purchases, a Gift Card Email can be sent to both the purchaser and the gift recipient.
